I am a master craftsman furniture maker specializing in Antique Restoration and hand-crafted bespoke Antique Reproduction Furniture both full sized and in miniature. After 18 years of working in Dublin, Ireland I relocated my workshop to Chicago, USA for approx 20 years and I am currently living in rural Georgia  since 2021 where I continue my work.

Restoration projects both large and small scale can be undertaken. I specialize in Irish and British furniture of the 18th and 19th centuries. However during 35 years in the trade my work has included other important furniture examples from most periods and styles. My restoration services have been performed for many different clients including: Museums, Government Collections, leading Antique Dealers and many private collections both in Europe and across the USA. When the situation merits an onsite restoration service, it is available within North America. I ship my tools in advance, set up a workspace at the client’s location and work on-site going piece by piece through a client’s collection. This service works well in situations where there are multiple pieces to be restored or the condition of the items might lead to possible damage by transportation.

I also hand-craft Reproduction Antique Furniture to the exact specifications of the client. All my work is by hand, using traditional methods, materials and finishes. Hand-crafted bespoke furniture projects have included tables and chairs of different styles, sideboards, breakfronts, and desks. The dimensions, style of inlay, carving, and other embellishments are all executed according to the client’s wishes.

My 1" (1/12th) scale Doll House collectible pieces are exact copies of the original full sized example. My miniature furniture collectibles are included in many museum collections and in private collections all around the world.I have also designed and build my range of Dollhouses and Roomboxes.
